Track & trace
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive the DHL track & trace number so you can accurately track your order. You can also use the track & trace number to change the delivery time.

Returns

Refund
After receiving your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 10 working days. Please note: the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from the purchase amount of your return.
