Questions about ordering
Can I change or cancel an order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours on working days. If you want to change or cancel an order, please let us know as soon as possible.
Why haven't I received an order confirmation for my order?
In all cases, you will automatically receive an order confirmation for your order. Not received anything? First check your e-mail's spam box or let us know at hello@rhodeflowers.com.
Can I request a quote?
Want to order 10 or more products? Send an e-mail to hello@rhodeflowers.com so we can make you a customised quote.
Can I see RHODÉ products in real life?
RHODÉ products can currently be found exclusively on our webshop. This means that you cannot view our products in shop. Curious about the quality of our products? Read what others think here.
(Belgium) Why do I pay 21% VAT even if I have a VAT number?
We use the OSS (One Stop Shop) scheme, which means we charge VAT based on the customer's country. For Belgian customers, this means that we always charge 21% Belgian VAT, even if you have a VAT number. You can reclaim the VAT from the Belgian tax authorities via your periodic tax return.For Dutch customers, the standard VAT regulations apply and you do not need to take any action with your VAT number. VAT is simply calculated according to Dutch regulations.
(Belgium) Can I add my VAT number to the invoice?
Yes, you can have your VAT number added to the invoice. Simply send us your VAT number by e-mail (reply to the order confirmation) and we will adjust the invoice for you. This way, you can use the VAT number for your own accounting and for reclaiming VAT from the Belgian tax authorities.For Dutch customers, VAT is calculated according to the standing regulations.

What is the delivery time for orders?
We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours on working days. This means you will receive your order within 1-2 working days!
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship our products to the Netherlands and Belgium
How can I track my shipment?
As soon as we have dispatched your order, you will receive the DHL track & trace number so you can track your order accurately. You can also use the track & trace number to change the delivery time.
Can I have my parcel delivered to a DHL service point?
All orders can be delivered to: Your billing addressA different delivery addressA DHL service pointPlease note: artificial plants of 180 cm or higher cannot be shipped to a DHL service point due to size.
Questions about returns
Can I return my order?
You have a 14-day cooling-off period on your purchase from RHODÉ. Returns must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Do you have a question about returns? Send an e-mail to hello@rhodeflowers.nl.
What are the costs for returning an order?

How can I register a return?
Would you like to return an order? Create your return here (please indicate order no. as reference no.) RefundAfter receipt of your return, you will find the purchase amount refunded to your account within 10 working days. Please note: the shipping costs for the return will be deducted from the purchase amount of your order.
How long does it take for a return to be processed?
After receiving your return, you will find the purchase amount refunded to your account within 10 working days.
